内側半月板前根付着部（medial meniscus anterior root attachment）（100%とすると）
内側半月板後根付着部（medial meniscus posterior root attachment）（約70%）
外側半月板前根付着部（lateral meniscus anterior root attachment） （約70%）
外側半月板後根付着部（lateral meniscus posterior root attachment） （約50%）
となり，内側の付着部は強固になっています．この中でも特に内側半月板後根付着部の損傷（内側半月板後根損傷：MMPRT；medial meniscus posterior root tear）は近年重要視されており内側半月板機能の重要な役割を担っています．

半月板の血行について．red zoneでは血管は豊富だかwhite zoneではほとんど血管はみられない．

２．半月板損傷とは？
半月板断裂は全層に及ぶ完全断裂と不完全断裂に分けられ，また断裂の形状から①縦断裂（longitudinal tear），②バケツ柄断裂（bucket-handle tear），③水平断裂（horizontal tear），④弁状断裂（flap tear），⑤横断裂（radial tear），⑥オウム嘴状断裂/斜断裂（parrot-break tear/oblipue tear），などに分類されます．
