@Cinnabon This happened today December 5th 2025 in the Cinnabon in bay park mall in Ashwaubenon, WI. My husband and I were out shopping and decided to stop at Cinnabon for a quick treat. As soon as we walked in, we could tell the atmosphere was not welcoming at all because of her fascial expression and her attitude . I orderred the Carmel pecan cinnamon roll and when the lady was squeezing the Carmel she put a little bit… and then I asked her if she can put some more because it’s not enough. The Carmel appeared to be running low and I asked “are you running low. Do you not have anymore “ then she said she will warm it up a little because she doesn’t want it to be hot and hurt herself then she said “you could see me squeezing it through that witch craft bandanah you’re wearing on the top of your head “ (basically referring to my hijab……)and that’s when I pulled out my phone and started recording…. You can clearly see the type of person this Karen is….
