The graph editor is nothing but a nightmare of random imprecision, I don’t understand why it even exists when simple modifiers for typing in functions and such would be a lot more consistent. But, apparently I have to use it, and from what I’ve gathered it’s a position/time graph wherein the slope controls the velocity. However, every time I try to linearly interpolate a rotation or motion, it creates a sloped line between the two points, but then it just flattens out. I don’t want it to flatten out, I want the slope to continue forever. How can I do that?

Show us what you have and what you want to see

The default interpolation in bezier but you ca set to linear in the graph editor or set that to the default interpolation in the user preference

Set Channel / Extrapolation mode to linear ? Set Key / Interpolation mode to linear then add a cycles f-curve modifier to it with the ‘After’ option set to repeat with offset (depends on what you actually want to do)

Read the manual for the graph editor here https://www.blender.org/manual/editors/graph_editor/index.html

No need to upload anything, it’s a straightforward question and I found a menu that lead to “Constant Extrapolation” which is what worked, thanks though.

With your ignorance in the blender tools/options you may think that, but vague questions can lead to wasting peoples time. If you want help then you should expect to put in the necessary effort to help those who may wish to help you.

Nope I put plenty of detail into the question to understand the issue which was how I was able to answer it on my own in the first place. You’re just not taking the time to put any amount of thought into it, you’re just spewing any random thing that happens to instantaneously comes to your mind rather than putting a genuine effort into helping someone, thus wasting everyone’s time; quality over quantity is more important.
